Advanced Bead Weaving Classes | 2-hour class $40
Advanced bead weaving classes require students to have previous experience, either with a particular stitch or with working and finishing bead weaving projects and following patterns in general. These classes are not currently on the calendar, but contact us if you're interested and we can schedule a date. Class size is limited to 4, so feel free to invite 3 of your friends!

The Cellini Spiral stitch seems daunting, but it’s basically even count tubular peyote. The placement and variations of beads create the spiral. Once you learn the basic pattern you’ll want to start more advanced versions!

Geometric Beadwork Choices

Triangles
Triangles are worked using circular peyote stitch with herringbone increases, and are the basic components for creating a kaleidocycle. Getting comfortable making triangles helps to move on to more complicated structures.

Warped Squares
Warped Squares are incredibly fun! Adding another side to a basic triangle, without increases to allow for "growth," makes the square fold.

Kaleidocycle
Once you've completed 24 triangles (6 each in 4 patterns) you're ready to assemble your kaleidocycle!

Learn the modified right angle weave stitch and use it to make these 3-dimensional tri-wing rings.
