I found a new website recently (well, new to me) with the clever and very descriptive name AllFreeJewelryMaking.com.

​There's one caveat: LOTS of advertising.  But if you can ignore that you'll find just what it says -- lots of free tips, patterns, ideas and how-tos. 

There is information for the beginner as well as more advanced beaders, nicely sorted by topic and category.  Maybe you just need a refresher for making simple and wrapped loops with wire. The "Jewelry Basics" category covers a lot of these topics.

Inspiration can be found here too.  Interested in turning every day items into jewelry?  Consider putting the lenses from old sunglasses to use as a unique pendant.  

Or maybe you found a whole box of coffee stirrer straws when cleaning a cabinet.  Whatever did you have those for?  For jewelry making of course!
